Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain types of items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, you must email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you will be responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card company. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return request process outlined above to initiate the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and a description of the issue in your email. We may request photos to assist in processing your claim. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
